This is a nine week program that offers practice in body work, various forms of meditation and group discussion on a weekly basis. In a fun and safe way, you will explore pleasure and your capacity to feel good without feeling threatened or working too hard.
The bodywork comes from Julie Henderson's "Embodying Wellbeing, How to Feel as Good as You Can in Spite of Everything". It is simple, pleasurable, playful and non threatening. It is designed to offer you a new experience or way of looking at life.
The meditation component will provide experience with a variety of meditation practices using breath, mantra, music and movement.
